A styled flower cart where guests build their own bouquet from fresh seasonal stems. One bar serves 20 to 25 guests, about five stems each.

Two ways to picnic. Full-service means we set it, style it and clear it in two hours. Self-service means you pick up the whole setup in Marvin and keep it for up to eight hours.

- We are based in Waxhaw, NC and set up across Charlotte and the towns around it, including Harrisburg, Concord, Huntersville, Lake Norman, Mount Pleasant, Midland, Red Cross, Fairview, South Charlotte, Waxhaw, Marvin, Ballantyne, Monroe, and parts of South Carolina.
- Where do I pick up a self-service picnic, a Bloom Bar or a DIY balloon backdrop?
- Self-service picnics, DIY balloon backdrops and Bloom Bar pickup are in Marvin, NC.
- Is there a travel fee?
- Bloom Bar: $40 travel fee if the event is 18 or more miles from Marvin Elementary School. Balloon backdrops: up to 30 minutes from Harrisburg, NC included; +$25 at 31-40 minutes; +$40 at 41-51 minutes.
- How far ahead should I book a group of 10 or more?
- Groups of 10 or more need two weeks' notice. Smaller picnics book straight through the planner.
